ONLINE RETAIL DASHBOARD USING PIVOT TABLE

Dashboard

Dashboards often provide at-a-glance views of KPIs (key performance indicators) relevant to a particular objective or business process. In the other, “dashboard” has another name for “progress report” or “report”.

In this article step by step will cover how to create dashboard using pivot tables.

Overview of the Data Set

In this sales dashboard we have used dummy retail dataset, which is keeping a track of product info, sales, customer info, and geographic info.

This dashboard contains four sections

• Segment-wise Sales Analysis
• Category-wise Sales Analysis
• No. of days vs No. of orders delivered comparison
• Monthly Sales Analysis

Let’s start step by step and close all four sections

Segment-wise Sales Analysis

To create segment-wise section, we have created segment-wise sales% pivot table and then we have created doughnut pivot chart using the same pivot table.
