2x2 Matrix Model

Quadrants are very versatile and they can be designed by keeping different situations in mind. Quadrant consists of two axes (x and y) of quant variables. Let’s discuss one example by keeping four situations in mind

Example: A multinational company wants to see the scattering of products in four quadrant basis of two quant variables(Sales and cost).

  • High Sales – Low Cost
  • High Sales – High Cost
  • Low Sales – High Cost
  • Low Sales – Low Cost
